Primary PTW scope was to provide a service to the consortium team, initially workshopping potential efficiencies based upon project specific criteria, and previous experience.
Efficiencies may include procurement strategy, value engineering, planning and detailing for procurement and life cycle enhancements in accordance with PTW's TAO Engineering Management Plan for integrated design, construction and ongoing RAMS criteria, CPTED, security and safety criteria, sustainability, operational and degraded scenario analysis for personnel and built assets. Based upon the emerging consortium/TfNSW feedback, produce draft report and drawings for review and feedback at PDR milestone. Whilst maintaining liaison with relevant entities, develop report and drawings for CDR / AFC. Projects included:
