With over 30 years cross-cultural practice experience, Lilian brings a depth of understanding to conceptualising and realising a wide range of sector projects. Her problem solving and practical approach is appreciated by clients and consent authorities.
As a bilingual speaker, Lilian is alert to cultural differences and has a proven abilities in working between languages, locations, cultures and countries. Moreover, she has strong experience working with directors on sensitive project proposals.
As a designer, Lilian considers collaboration integral. As such, her approach to projects is always informed by active client engagement. This is particularly demonstrated by her involvement in the recently completed residential development Chateau, Castle Hill.
