Rivera Townhouses

The 42 townhouses comprise four rows of two storey Torrens-titled townhouses, facing tree-lined streets on three sides and a new sundrenched park to the east. Every three or four bedroom home has a double-garage accessed off a shared a rear laneway. Key corner locations include a ‘granny flat’, while open entertaining decks typically sit above garages.

PTW Architects worked with a steel fabrication company to develop the townhouse design using prefabricated structural frame systems which allowed rapid construction.

Each street row has its own character, expressing individual townhouses with variations to forms, materials and finishes.
