Oasis Redevelopment, Kanwal

Located approximately 90km north of Sydney, on the Oasis Caratel Caravan Park site at 207-209 Wallarah Road, Kanwal on the Central Coast, this significant site was selected by the NSW Department of Planning as one of four sites included in the Accelerated Planning Proposal Pathway to address the housing crisis, as announced by the Premier in December 2023.

This redevelopment will create a vibrant mixed-use community comprising 675+ apartments across 7 buildings, with heights rising in the centre and transitioning down towards the edges.

Significantly, over 30% or 1.7 hectares of the site has been set aside for open space compared with the state benchmark of 15%. Additionally, the proposal includes 1,000sqm of commercial floor area to accommodate local businesses.

As of July 2025, the rezoning of the Oasis Caravan Park has been approved, making it Central Coast’s largest rezoning of recent times and positioning PTW at the forefront of multi-residential planning in NSW.
