The development consists of three individual buildings, with tiered platforms and rooftop terraces facing the lake, designed to harmonize with the park scale and maximize the landscape advantages. The architectural and landscape design language is consistent, resembling the flow of waves merging into the water’s surface.

The venues are closely connected with commercial spaces, with different functional areas highly integrated. The flow of people for sports and fitness supports commercial traffic, while the entertainment and retail components generate revenue to supplement the operation of the sports facilities.
