Koktokay Ski Resort
PTW has designed a ski resort featuring luxurious ski in ski out facilities with a total area of 19,908 sqm in the panoramic mountainous area of Koktokay. At the centre of the development is a high-end resort hotel and restaurant with spectacular views of the ski runs.
Inspired by the dual-pitched roof forms of the mining town vernacular dating back to the 1950s, the ski resort buildings combine industrial architecture with modern sustainable design solutions.
