Shenzhen Capital Plaza

Hongtu Innovation Plaza is a significant TOD / mixed use development located at the urban junction of the new city area of Shenzhen and the International Sports Park precinct.

Won by PTW via an international design competition, this mixed use development includes a 260m high commercial office tower with panoramic views over the adjoining Shenzhen Bay and parklands. The folded form of the tower with its diamond façade reflects the client’s aspiration for a refined and elegant statement befitting its headquarters financial institution operations now and for the next century.

Known as the hub park, a 4 level retail commercial podium wraps around part of the tower. It is connected to adjoining development sites and parklands at each level via basement retail malls, ground floor plazas and two levels of aerial retail bridges.
