Chatswood Private Hospital

The development forms the Eastern Gateway to the Chatswood Business District and as such the design completes the block with a north-facing landscaped public space, which is activated by café’s and the lobbies of the vibrant mix of uses within the site. Planning controls for the site permitted a development of 2.7:1 FSR however 4:1 was allowable if the site contained a hospital.

The primary focus for Chatswood private Hospital is day surgery for ear, eye, nose, throat and facial procedures, with additional overnight beds for 23-hour stays for patients needing longer recovery periods. The hospital sets new standards in excellence, due to rapid advancements in technologies and being a green field, custom-built facility.
