As a progressive architecture practice shaped by a diverse team — surpassing the 40:40:20 gender balance target including 4 out of 6 female representation across our directorship team and 58% of our staff being female — we believe that International Women’s Day offers an important moment to reflect on how we can continue building a more inclusive, balanced, safe and equitable workplace for all women at PTW.
For this year’s International Women’s Day, we asked some of our female talent to share their experiences as women in architecture and design — and their perspectives on how we can keep pushing for a more balanced and fairer workplace environment.
