Our Award Season, So Far

This year, we've had a number of projects nominated, shortlisted, and we’ve won some of the industry's most prestigious award programs—a recognition of the unique contribution they've made to the built environment.

Here is a recap of our award season, so far.

Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards

In May, both Scape Kingsford and One Sydney Harbour were made finalists of the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards 2025, leading to an outstanding result of One Sydney Harbour winning the High Rise City Development category award.

Australian Institute of Architects NSW Architecture Awards

Thereafter, two PTW projects were shortlisted for the Australian Institute of Architects NSW Architecture Awards in the Residential Architecture - Multiple Housing category: the adaption of heritage-listed, iconic waterfront landmark, The REVY for Aqualand; and again the shimmering trio of harbourside towers, One Sydney Harbour for Lendlease, with PTW as Executive Architect and Renzo Piano Building Workshop as Design Architect.

At the AIA Awards Ceremony, we were proud to have One Sydney Harbour come out on top, announced as Winner, Residential Architecture - Multiple Housing.

ZAK Awards, BETTER Future’s Sydney and Australian Design Awards, World Architecture Festival

One Sydney Harbour’s award run continues.

The most recent win is the Excellence in Façade Innovation – Project category of the ZAK Awards for Excellence in Façade Design & Engineering. The credits go to Lendlease, Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Guernier Architecture, PTW Architects, Arup, Inhabit and Apex Facades, Permasteelisa, G.James and Onsite.

Having won Gold in the BETTER Future’s Sydney Design Awards last year, One Sydney Harbour also won GOLD for the Australian Design Awards this year, making it a contender in BETTER Future’s global awards program, the World Design Awards.

We are now waiting for the shortlist of the International 2025 World Architecture Festival – Housing category to be announced.

Finally, our most recent achievements go to Bridgestone Project's luxury development, Chateau, nestled among the foliage of Castle Hills vibrant Showground precinct. Not only did Chateau take home a win at the UDIA NSW 2025 Awards for Excellence in the Excellence in Apartments (Mid-Rise) - Greater than 200 Units category but also received a nomination for what is the culmination of the Awards for Excellence, the UDIA NSW Presidents Awards, with the winner to be announced.

We're beyond proud of our team for their dedication towards these projects and congratulate our clients and collaborators on these fantastic outcomes too.

That concludes our awards season, so farand what a memorable one it has been.
