DA for mixed-use development lodged with the City of Canterbury Bankstown Council
The DA for the redevelopment of the Compass Centre in Bankstown has just been lodged with the City of Canterbury Bankstown Council.
This mixed-use development includes 339 dwellings and 169 hotel rooms across three towers. The podium comprises ground floor retail activation, through-site links providing direct connections to and from the Bankstown railway (and future metro) station, Paul Keating Park, WSU Bankstown Campus and Bankstown Central Shopping Centre. The above ground podium includes a gym, function centre, childcare centre, medium-sized supermarket and medical uses.
We are delighted to have the opportunity to be part of this transformational project and collaborative efforts with Ethos Urban to regenerate the Bankstown City Centre community.
