Colebrook Apartments is a seventeen-storey landmark building located in Double Bay. With an expressed structural concrete frame and strip windows and blonde brick coloured spandrel panels, the building, located within a communal garden, successfully reinterprets the ‘healthy’ apartment model pronounced by the celebrated European architect Le Corbusier.
Set within a mature landscape, the ground floor of Colebrook Apartments is integrated within a surrounding garden by perforated blockwork screens and a distinct spiral staircase.
