Borambil Flats

Borambil Flats, a distinguished early-modern apartment building overlooking Manly Beach, Sydney, was designed by James Peddle. The ingenious plan-form with six apartments per floor, all with three outside walls, secures acoustic privacy, good solar access and cross-ventilation.
