This 35,000m2 development comprises 168 serviced apartments positioned on top of a three commercial podia levels, which accommodates both commercial outlets as well as semi-public amenities for its tenants. 13 units (four dual-keys) have been carefully arranged to maximise the developments spatial efficiency.
