The tower form is configured to optimise direct and diagonal views from each apartment towards the adjacent park. The podia design creates space for a clearly defined drop-off, a private swimming pool with kids playground, while the public frontages along each gable end has been maximised to allow for food & beverage outlets and other commercial facilities.

The buildings’ facades responds to the scale of the adjacent urban fabric, solar movement, a multitude of nearby commercial outlets, open spaces as well as primary views, which in turn generates a distinctive and elegant addition to the developing urban landscape of Xuan Dinh’s neighbourhood.
