The towers are located and sculpted carefully to maximise outward views and solar access to apartments and to create a sunny north-facing podium garden. A playground belonging to a childcare centre accommodating 120 children (plus 20 staff) sits beneath the large podium oculus. All three towers are aligned to create a clean rectilinear podium layout. The carpark is sleeved with wave-form curved apartments on the west, and with internal pool/gym facilities to the south and east. Retail is located along Talavera Road and a Through Site Link is shared with Stage 1 to the west. Each tower has a pool and spa with changing rooms and sauna/gym facilities.
The form of all three towers is slender, achieved through plan articulations, curved corners, and expressed balconies. In elevation, storeys are often combined in ascending groups to improve scaling. Façade finishes and colours are also utilised to enhance the visual slenderness of the towers. Altogether, the design achieves 1,038 apartments, 807 sqm of retail space, and 1,243 car spaces.
The tallest building on the key southeast intersection is the largest tower in plan, while the two shorter buildings step lower according to their respective footprint areas.
