Bio

Design Director Stephen Spence has been with PTW since 2020, where he has played a pivotal role in number of PTW's most prestigious projects, including the Shenzhen Opera. He comes after storied career working abroad, with projects in Europe - including the Château La Coste Gallery in France to the Scandicci New Centre in Italy - America, Australia, and Asia. As such, he comes with strong expertise across masterplanning, commercial, residential, mixed-used, transport, and cultural sectors.

As a further testament to the breadth of his architectural knowledge and skills, Stephen has served on several local and international design competition panels, including for the UK's Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment and Royal Institute of British Architects. Moreover, he is often sought after to act as a consultant on complex projects.
