PTW celebrates International Women's Day

As a progressive architecture practice enriched by its diverse team, which exceeds the 40:40:20 gender balance – including 50% female directors – International Women’s Day is a time for us to reflect on our progress and how we can continue to make PTW are more inclusive and fairer workplace for all women.

This year’s International Women’s Day, we’ve asked some of PTW’s female talent to share their experiences as women in architecture and what they believe can be done to march forward towards and accelerate gender equality.
