Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud: “‘𝘜𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘶𝘯 𝘔𝘶𝘺’, 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘒𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘸 𝘒𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘸 𝘠𝘢 𝘥𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘰𝘱 𝘞𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯 𝘐𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘵, 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 ‘𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘦’. PTW hosted an indigenous Australian ingredients Food Challenge where staff had the opportunity to share dishes and recipes with the studio.
