PTW is thrilled to announce that two of its projects have been shortlisted in the Australian Institute of Architects 2025 NSW Architecture Awards: both One Sydney Harbour and REVY for the Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing Award. Congratulations to all those shortlisted. We eagerly await to hear the winners announced on Friday 20th June.
One Sydney Harbour
One Sydney Harbour by Lendlease was envisioned as an iconic residential project befitting one of the world’s most spectacular natural harbours. Designed by the RPBW Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW) in collaboration with Guernier Architecture and PTW Architects, the project showcases world-class architecture, sustainability, and innovation in urban design.
The REVY
The REVY is an adaptation of the eight-storey state heritage listed brick warehouse, the former Royal Edward Victualling Yard (REVY) at Jones Bay, Pyrmont, providing 44 apartments and one north-facing penthouse. Within the rusticated stone base are two storey townhouses, which incorporate double height spaces so that an appreciation of the original warehouse volume is made. Originally designed by the NSW Government Architect, Walter Liberty Vernon in 1904, this narrow building was replanned to accommodate six through-apartments per floor.
