Architecture and Courtroom Layouts: International Courts and Tribunals

As part of a continuous body of work for the Court of the Future Network since 2012, a book chapter entitled Architecture and Courtroom Layouts: International Courts and Tribunals has been prepared by University of Western Sydney Professor David Tait with UNSW Adjunct Professor and PTW Executive Director, Diane Jones. The chapter is part of the Max Planck Encyclopedia of International Procedural Law (MPEiPro) and focusses on six buildings which are selected for particular attention because of their significance to international law, transnational disputes, and peacemaking through the courts they house.
