PTW is proud to announce that our 16 storey residential development on 3 Holdsworth Ave St Leonards has recently received a DA approval from the Lane Cove Council for the maximum FSR uplift under the in-fill affordable housing provisions. The revised proposal increases the number of apartments from 96 to 120. Of the 24 new dwellings, 21 will be dedicated to affordable housing.
This is the second development in the St Leonards south precinct to achieve this milestone - not only does it optimise the site’s potential but also contributes to the much needed housing supply in Sydney.
