The project features green walls at the entry, in the bistro through the double height void space of the stair, and wrapping three walls in the event space. These are complimented with an abundance of live plants, so guests can benefit from cleaner air, noise reduction, cooler ambient temperatures, and the calming effects of being close to nature. These plants actively filter out pollutants and humidify the air, thus reducing our reliance air conditioning and excessive energy consumption. All interior design elements and finishes were carefully selected for their sustainability and ability to achieve an optimal Green Star rating.
