Next Generation Bibra
This project called for the adaptive reuse of an existing warehouse for the fitness centre and included the design of a bar, restaurant, lounge area and crèche with its soft play area, as well as indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and indoor squash and badminton courts for the gymnasium facilities.
The brief called for a club like atmosphere in the lounge area that was achieved in part by integrating architectural elements to create separation from the reception and sporting areas.
A fireplace and media wall, divide the lounge areas into a café, lounge, executive lounge and parents lounge. Loose tables and chairs create a relaxed atmosphere.
