Mercure Hotel Vietnam

The design concept evokes the sense of the coastal location and materials of the seaside setting while being focused to create a MICE venue for nearby Ho Chi Minh City. The new 80 room hotel connects to an existing 49 room hotel to create the significant conference and meeting destination with Vung Tau.

Ground floor uses include signature kerbside bar, café and landscape terrace, a separate all day dining venue with al fresco seating area and the feature stair leading to the level 2 conference venue.

The conference area includes a function room for 250 guests, multiple flexible meeting rooms and breakout function areas. All ground floor and level 2 areas are fully serviced for a range of food and beverage uses to create a series of significant venues to attract guests from beyond the hotel.
