Fraser Suites
Fraser Suites is the smaller of two towers that form the development on the former Regent Theatre site next to Town Hall in Sydney.
The development comprised a total of 140 serviced apartments in a 30-storey high-rise tower including a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
Fraser Suites provided a designer contemporary all-suite serviced residence with all of the associated private services and facilities. Main entry lobby, pool, gym and a business centre all provided a modern friendly experiences where residents could live, work as well as spend their leisure time in a ‘home away from home’ atmosphere.
