Four Seasons Hotel
Setting the highest standards in luxury travel and hospitality, PTW was engaged to remodel 517 guests rooms for the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. The concept design was completed by MIM. PTW was then asked to undertake a value engineering analysis, which led to design development, contract documentation and Site attendance of the 517 rooms.
The upgrade was designed to enriched the guests’ overall experience of Sydney and its foreshore with the finishes evoking the weatherboard cottages of the Rocks and harbour enriched by the lush velvet and rich colours of the harbour with layouts optimising the panoramic city, Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay and Harbour Bridge views.
