Lucy is an experienced senior executive who brings expertise in bid strategy and team management, governance, strategic marketing and communications. digital marketing and social media, business development, client management, PR, advocacy and events.
With over 20 years depth of industry experience and her background in architecture, property and the built environment, Lucy has a true passion for bringing together diverse thinking in strategy and delivery to bring about business growth and champion organisational values.
Collaboration and partnership are at the core of Lucy's approach, driving successful and enduring outcomes that not only benefit the business and clients but industry advancement in best practice outcomes.
She is driven to encourage true diversity and opportunity across the industry and is co-convenor of PTW’s Reconciliation Action Plan working group. Lucy has also been a Champions of Change implementation leader, helping achieve gender equality and a significant and sustainable increase in the representation of women in leadership.
