We are delighted to share the news that ‘The Calyx’ has been awarded an ‘Honorable Mention’ in the global 2021 Architecture MasterPrize, Cultural Architecture Category.
This year the awards program received thousands of project entries from around the globe, with a jury comprising of top designers, architects, curators and academics.
Located in Sydney’s Royal Botanic Gardens @rbgsydney, the opening of The Calyx @thecalyxexperience was the centrepiece to the Garden’s 200th Birthday celebrations. The construction of this ‘Jewel in the Garden’ revives the former Tropical Centre as a world-class horticultural space, inviting the public to experience exhibitions never before possible in Australia.
